Ketentuan Layanan

Berlaku sejak 5 November 2026

Dengan mendaftar atau memakai EZCODE POS, kamu setuju dengan ketentuan berikut.

Layanan

EZCODE POS menyediakan menu digital, pemesanan dari meja, layar kasir dan dapur, serta laporan untuk restoran. Saat ini semua fitur gratis. Jika nanti ada biaya, kami akan memberi tahu lebih dulu dan kamu bebas memilih untuk lanjut atau berhenti.

Akun

Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga kata sandi akun dan PIN staf.
Informasi yang kamu isi harus benar.

Tanggung jawab pemilik toko

Menu, harga, pajak (PB1/PBJT), service, dan pelaporan pajak ke pemerintah daerah adalah tanggung jawab pemilik toko. EZCODE POS hanya membantu menghitung.
Pembayaran dari tamu diterima langsung oleh toko. EZCODE POS tidak memegang uang tamu.
Tidak boleh memakai layanan untuk penipuan, konten yang melanggar hukum, atau mengganggu sistem.

Ketersediaan

Kami berusaha agar layanan selalu berjalan, tetapi layanan diberikan “sebagaimana adanya”. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung akibat gangguan layanan.

Penghentian

Kamu bisa berhenti kapan saja. Kami bisa menangguhkan akun yang melanggar ketentuan ini.

Hukum

Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Pertanyaan: ezcodeindonesia@gmail.com.

Terms of Service

By signing up for or using EZCODE POS, you agree to these terms.

The service

EZCODE POS provides digital menus, table ordering, cashier and kitchen screens, and reports for restaurants. All features are currently free. If we introduce fees later, we will tell you in advance and you are free to continue or stop.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and staff PINs safe.
The information you provide must be accurate.

Store owner responsibilities

Menus, prices, taxes (PB1/PBJT), service charges and tax reporting to local government are the store owner’s responsibility. EZCODE POS only helps with the calculation.
Guest payments go directly to the store. EZCODE POS does not hold guests’ money.
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful content or to disrupt the system.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions.

Ending use

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

注册或使用 EZCODE POS，即表示你同意以下条款。

服务内容

EZCODE POS 为餐厅提供电子菜单、扫码点餐、收银和厨房画面以及报表。目前全部功能免费。以后如果收费，我们会提前通知，你可以自己决定继续用还是停用。

账号

你负责保管好账号密码和员工 PIN。
你填写的信息应当真实。

店主的责任

菜单、价格、税费（PB1/PBJT）、服务费以及向地方税务机关申报，由店主负责。EZCODE POS 只帮你计算。
客人的付款直接付给店铺，EZCODE POS 不经手客人的钱。
不得利用本服务进行诈骗、发布违法内容或破坏系统。

可用性

我们会尽力保持服务正常运行，但服务按“现状”提供。因服务中断造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任。

停止使用

你可以随时停用。违反本条款的账号，我们可以暂停。

适用法律
